Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Trail Kos account and personal data at any time.

Delete in the app

1. Open Trail Kos and sign in

2. Go to Profile

3. Tap Delete account

4. Confirm your password and approve deletion

Deletion is processed immediately when confirmation succeeds.

What is removed

Your name, email, and profile details
Password and active sessions
Saved trails and in-app preferences linked to your account
Push notification registrations for your account

What may be retained

Anonymous deletion audit record (hashed email, timestamp) where required by law
Booking and payment records in de-identified or minimised form for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution
Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you

Cancel Premium first

If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it from Profile → Premium before deleting your account to avoid further renewal charges.

Cannot access the app?

Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify ownership and process deletion within 30 days.

Processing time

In-app deletion is immediate when confirmation succeeds.
